We dispatch. All export documentation is prepared, packaging is done, and we coordinate with the freight forwarder — yours or ours.

Post-delivery. If there are any issues with the shipment — damaged items, short counts, documentation queries for customs — our team handles it. We do not disappear after dispatch.
